THE STORY OF THE PROPHET IDRIS ALAI HIS SALAM
Not much information is found about the story of Prophet Idris in the Koran mahupun in the books of Tafsir and history books of the prophets. In the Koran there are only two verses about Prophet Idris namely in surah Maryam verses 56 and 57:
"And tell them O Muhammad {} Idris story is contained in the Quran. Indeed it is a very correct and a prophet. Verse 56 And We raised him to a high dignity. Verse 57
Prophet Idris is the sixth descendant of the Prophet Adam son of Yarid Mihla'iel bin bin bin Anusy Qinan bin Adam bin Syith and is the first offspring to be prophetic dikurniai Prophet after Adam and Syith. Prophet Idris according to history while living in Egypt where he was preaching to the religion of Allah swt preached monotheism and worship worship Allah swt as well as giving some pendoman life for his followers in order to save themselves from seksaan Hereafter and destruction and misery in the world. He lived to the age of 82 years.
Among some advice and words of pearls are: ~1. Patience of faith in God s.w.t. bring victory.2. People who are happy are those who are wary and expect the intercession of God with deeds solehnya.3. If you ask something to God s.w.t. and pray that your intentions ikhlaskanlah fasting and solatmu versa.4. Do not swear in a state you do not lie and menuntup oath of those who lie in order that ye sin not their ally.5. Obey the king-king and submit to the magnifying-pembesarmu and always fill your mouth with mouth-thanksgiving and praise to God Almighty6. Do not envy people who are good fate, kerana they will not be much longer and enjoy the goodness of his fate.7. Whoever simplicity beyond that nothing would satisfy him.8. Without handing out favors obtained a can not thank Allah swt the favors of the diperolehinya it.
In relation to the word of God s.w.t. bahawa kemartabat Prophet Idris raised high. Ibn Abi Hatim narrated in his Tafseer bahawa Prophet Idris died were in the sky when the four were taken by an Angel. Wallahu a'alam bissawab.
